Hi Carolyn,
The SEND MAIL wizard is like most wizards - it defaults in a heap of stuff
to try and help you, but you still
have the option of adjusting things afterwards if you really need to.

You should be able to go into the step created by the send mail wizard, and
in the Control tab adjust the
bindings for the ADDRESSSTRINGS container element so that it points to the
relevant workflow container
element. I'm assuming you've checked that your workflow container element
only contains the relevant
addressees at runtime.

Hope that helps a little.
Regards,

Subject: SEND MAIL

Hi Workflow Experts,

Could someone please tell me - when creating SEND MAIL using the SEND MAIL
WIZARD - how do I get the express mail notification to go to only the list
of users that reside in addressstrings in my workflow container ??

Right now everyone in the company gets the message in their SAP Inbox.

Please help - SAP users are getting impatient.

Thanks,
