Hi Mike
 
SAP uses the concept of Client to seperate the master
and transaction data.
 
Org Struct are considered as master data therefore
they are not supposed to be seen across client - as
well as this is configured as client-specific
configuration.
 
In the dev , test ,.. environment you would need to
perform Transports (look at STMS)
 
Nevertheless for Production, you will need to tp the
info across,.. if the customer is using SAP the first
time, you may consider other means such as Client
Copy.
 
It depends,.. recommend you check with your basis
Technical manager.
