There are a number of options here; it all depends on your requirements:
1. Automatically include newly created PD objects in transport requests
(this can be set up in org management, but can result in lots of transport
requests changes; can easily lead to differences between the clients)
 
2. Manually create transport requests using evaluation paths through the
RHMOVE30 program (this usually works best for occasionally moving across
entire PD structures from test-to-test or from test-to-production
environments. The danger is clashing of object numbers if objects are also
created in the systems/clients at the end of the transport path).
 
3. Set up an ALE connection to automatically update the second system/client
for each change to the target objects (be careful here when you consider
automated uploading of data...)

when i create orgstructures in client 100 they are not visible (and usable)
in client 200. what is the best concept to get it there?
 
1. transport from one client to the other?
2. exact parallel maintanance of both? (not very practible)
???
