Funds Mgt. Avail. Control

Hi All Again,
 
     Does anyone know how we can get the message to be sent out, either to inbox or email, to the Budget Mgr. named in the Funds Center when a budget exceeds it's tolerance level? I've made the changes to table FMFCTR to make sure the BOSSID is set to our ID, but nothing. Do I need to configure it somewhere else?
