Transport of Workflow's

Hello,
 
I have a problem,too, transporting my Workflow definiton from our DEV-system
to our QA-system (release 45B):
I designed a totally new workflow, with only one TS included. I opened up a
new transport request and after the transport, the transport protocol showed
no errors. But when I looked at the WS in our QA-system, I noticed that the
workflow definition was totally empty, although my standard task is
available in the QA-system....
Another problem is, that after making some changes to an existing WS (and
transporting all the changes to the QA), the workflow in the QA has the
status "Runtime exists, saved". How can I activate the WS (our QA is
read-only so that the button is ghosted).
