Invoice document creation without parking

Hi all,
 
Does anybody has experience for triggering a WF once a user create the
invoice (FB60) without parking? It works only if the document is
parked.We're using FIPP.created to trigger this WF.We're in 4.6c.
 
Any information would highly appreciated.
