workitem selection

You need to switch to technical view first, then change the workitem, reserve it

We recently upgraded from 30f to 46c.  In 30f via transaction swi2 you used
to be able to grab a workitem in process by another person, replace it and
forward the workitem.  In 46c swi2 became swi2_freq and I cannot yank a
workitem that is in process by another person. Does anyone know if this is
still possible in 46c.
