I'm pretty sure there are some standard basis reports available that we used
prior to our 4.6B upgrade to assist with our testing.
 
You may want to ask one of your basis guys.

Has anyone ever investigated the feasibility of using the ABAP Program
Object
TRDIR and an 'Execute Program' event to trigger a workflow which could track
the
use of all programs in a system?  Or, is there any other way to monitor the
frequency of use of custom ABAP's??
