4.6B Decision task shortdump

this problem occurs during execution of a decision task while using the
workflow. after making my decision, i receive a shortdump. the short dump
states "Assignment error: A constant was meant to be overwritten".... the
error occurs in the abap program "CL_GUI_HTML_VIEWER============CP" .
 
has anyone experienced this problem? any help would be appreciated.
