Approve Work Item through Exchange Connector

My understanding (which is pretty basic since I haven't implemented any of
this yet), is that there are a couple of files that have to be installed on
each user's desktop. Here's the help file where I found that information:
...Form Integration with SAPforms (BC-BMT-WFM) -> Electronic Form
Integration -> Designing Electronic Forms -> SAPforms Designer -> SAPforms
Helper.

I'd be interested in hearing from you if you proceed with this approach, to
find out it worked for you. I'm going to try to set up a simple demo of
this... I'll let you know if I have any luck with it.

Regards,
Dave

Do SAPForms need to be installed on each desktop system or can they be
published to an Exchange server? The second option would definately be
easier as far as support and maintenance.

I just started trying to understand this myself. The best information I've
found so far is in the SAP Library (we have R/3 version 4.6c). Use the
following path: Basis Components -> SAP Business Workflow (BC-BMT-WFM) ->
Reference Documentation -> Form Integration with SAPforms (BC-BMT-WFM). Good

luck!

Please help me understand the best way to setup my environment. We are on
4.6C with the Exchange Connector installed. The Exchange Connector is
connected to our exchange server. We are currently running Microsoft
Outlook 2000 as the mail client. We would prefer not to use the MAPI piece,

because we would have to install it on 1400 computers.

I would like to create a workflow where a "non" SAP user can execute a
simple Approve or Reject work item from their Outlook client.

What is the best way to set this up?
