ADDRESSEMP and infotype 6

Dear workflow developers
 
I am using ADDRESSEMP-CREATED as an event to trigger
my workflow (see transaction swehr1).
 
For some reason, even though only one infotype 6
record is created, 2 events get triggered.
 
Any ideas ?
