Outlook MAPI SAP Inbox synchronization

Hi
 
I am currently testing the Outlook Mapi
In most cases it works well. In some cases
the MAPI does not synchronize correctly
with the SAP InBox. Workitems that are in error
status in SAP are still in the Outlook folder and can not
be deleted.
Workitems that have been executed in SAP are still sitting in
the Outlook Inbox and do not dissappaer during the synchronization
run.
 
Are there any tips and tricks to solve these synchronization problems ?
 
we are on 4.6B
using 6.1 Gui
Outlook 2000
