When you execute a workitem, the system reserves it for that user - I am not
aware of a setting to disable that.  However, one thing you can do is "forward"
it back to the position (all the subscribers).  Select the workitem in your
inbox and click on the forward pushbutton.  A box will appear to enter the user
name.  Click the arrow at the bottom and select "position" instead of user.  Hit
<enter> and the system should default the original position.  Click <enter> and
this should send the workitem back to all the users.

Dear Workflow guys,
 
Whenever I cancel a workitem, it is commited and disappear from the other
selected users inbox.
 
I would like to know if I cancel a workitem, how can the other selected
agents could keep the workitem in their inbox.
