Hi Swaminathan/Sudha,
Please note that only REQUESTED START will allow you to delay a step.
Latest start is a normal, i.e. escalation, deadline not a delay.

Hi Swaminathan

You can try using Requested Start/Latest Start tabs on the task and use 15
mins + workitemcreation for time.

Sudha

Subject: Time Delay for processing a Step

Hi All,
I have a requirement where I need to send an email within a Loop Until Step.
For every Loop Pass, I need to wait for 15 mins before I process
the email task. Is there a standard way to delay a task from processing or
should I create a method and handle this in ABAP?

Thanks
Swami
