Internet mail into SAP Inbox with attachments

Hi Tony,
Have a look at SAPFORMS - included on the SAPGUI CD and a fair bit of info
in OSS and in R/3 library to help
you start.  This covers starting a workflow (which is essentially what you
are doing)  as well as executing workitems.

Hi All;
 
We are starting a project to link up SAP inbox with incoming and outgoing
Internet mails. The external mail coming into SAP will have an attachment
with data. Once it gets into the inbox of the person, he will trigger a Yes
/ No workflow process from this mail. If it is a Yes, then the workflow
should kick off a BDC using off data from the attachment.
 
We are trying to find out the options available for us for linking external
incoming mail to SAP. Can we send attachments into SAP with external mail,
with data (dates / quantities / etc) for use in a BDC? How do we direct this
external mail to a specifi user - What form of address should be used (SAP
User ID?).
