Pur. Req Notification

Hi Tia,
Do you mean:
a) The workitem disappears? Perhaps the workitem is synchronous, i.e. once
you've
executed it once, that's it.

b) You go to the inbox and you can't see which workitem triggered the
express message?
The express message is triggered by workitem priority 1 - you can use inbox
configuration
to make the priority field visible in your workflow inbox if it is not
already showing.

c) You really want to highlight the express workitem because it's not
obvious enough in the inbox?
Why not add an icon to the front of the workitem text? For instance, putting
"@0A@" (that's zero followed by
a capial letter A) would be the red traffic light signal at the start of the
workitem text. For more icons,
look at the definitions in include program <icon>.

Just like mail an express message only appears once - immediately if the
user is currently logged on, or
if they aren't logged on, immediately after they next logon. You can't
"save" express messages as such,
nor do you need to.
Another option to consider is to use inbox configuration to create a special
pushbutton showing only those tasks.
Regards,
Jocelyn.

Thanks Helena. I think Dart was suggesting the same. Now I got it working
but the express msg is not saved in office inbox upon viewing it for the
first time.
Is there a 'Save' option anywhere?

Tia
