Changes to workflow in Builder dissappear

Guys,
 
We have had several problems that seem to have appeared since we implemented
support package 22 (version 4.6B) and even after we have implented OSS note
378487 (version 20).  Most of these problems seem to be adhoc and difficult
to reproduce.  Due to this, there is not much point logging it on SAPNET.  I
was wondering whether or not other people have experienced similar problems.
If so, I may get the confidence to actually log it and try to run the
gauntlet of regional support.
 
The problems include:
 
*       Saved changes to a workflow template 'dissappearing'
*       The workflow builder showing multiple active versions
*       Saved (but not activated) versions swapping version numbers with the
currently active version
 
Both myself and other people at my company have all experienced these
problems at various times but they are not always reproduceable.  All of the
problems are occuring in our DEV machine and are not related to transporting
the workflow itself.
 
Any feedback would be appreciated.
