workitem archiving

Hi Lynn
 
What information was there from the workflow archiving logs from
RSWWARCA and RSWWARCD ?. It should tell you how many workitems
were archived.
 
Also check the following notes :
 
49545   - Deleting unnecessary work items
67366   - Deletion of work items is incomplete
117191 - Work item log is not deleted from archiving
180683 - Work items in Subworkflows are not deleted

We are on 3.0f and trying to archive workitems before upgrading to 46C.  I
have run the archive and delete programs for archiving workitems via SARA.
Also ran the RSWWWIDE to delete the 'C' types and RSWWHIDE to delete the
logs.  When I take a look at the tables via SWUF, the table SWWWIHEAD has
not decreased in size, nor the tables under workitem log. And, the tables
under Container, SWW_CONT and SWW_CONTOB are still gigantic.  So big in fact
that it is on red light.  The only thing that did reduce was the table under
Event Log.  That must have been from running the RSWWHIDE program. Anyway,
what can I do to get these tables to purge.
