Problem passing object key to Outlook

Todd,
When you say you are passing the workitem to Outlook,
are you using SAPmapi????? You did not specify how
your workitems are getting to Outlook.
If you are using SAPmapi, you want to right click on
your Outlook icon on the desktop and select the
SAPmapi service.
 
1) Make sure the service is enabled for workflow.
If the box is not checked, you will not be able to
view workitems in Outlook.
2) Click on the button to Update and install SAP
forms.
