Hi Scot,
Firstly, if at all possible get to a course - BC600 and BC601 are good for
new workflow people. It is quite difficult (understatement of the year) to
teach yourself workflow.

Secondly, go through all the workflow tutorials in the R/3 Library online
help - you'll find them under Basis > Business Management > Workflow. They
are extremely helpful in getting you used to the tools and concepts
involved.

Lastly, work your way through some of the standard workflow templates and
wizards in the system. However, look at their technical info to check
release dates to see how old they are - newer workflows usually contain
better examples of how things should be done now.

You don't mention which R/3 release you are using - be aware it can make a
BIG! difference to what is available/possible.

The only book I know of is in German - no plans to translate to English that
I've heard of, unfortunately.

Hi I am kind of new to SAP and SAP workflow. Are
there any good reading materials out there? I am an
ABAP developer who is also responsible for our current
workflow systems. I've created some taks (copied old
one to create some new ones).

I would appreciate anything.

Thanks in Advance,
Scot
