Triggering Workflow - Events...

Please supply the version you are working on. I have created training
workflows in 3.1H which is based on the object type ATTENDANCE. I have not
looked at HR PD since 3.1H so things may have changed since then.
 
If events of this object type are being raised when you book someone on a
course (firmly booked) then we can discuss this further.

I have created a workflow that I want to trigger from someone being booked
on a training course - object type PDRELA_025 booked, rebooked or created
should be set trigger this. The events have been activated on the triggering
events tab for the workflow The workflow works fine when I use the start
workflow (test) transaction. However, when I actually book someone on a
course, rebook them etc, the workflow does not get triggered at all. I have
checked the event trace and the event does not appear there at all. How can
I get this event to actually appear in the event trace and hopefully trigger
my workflow?
 
Any ideas grategully appreciated!
