Thanks for the offer, after a workshop with the DBA team it was decided to
extend the table size category and start procedures for a Workflow Archiving
Project.
 
For now I am OK, however, if needs be I will take you up on the offer of
receiving the screencam via ftp.

There has been a lot of discussion lately about archiving work items.  Dave
Weston of Clockwork gave an excellent presentation on this topic, and has
kindly sent me the powerpoint file.    You may download it for yourself,
but be warned, the file size is about 8.6 MB (good things don't ALWAYS come
in small packages.)
