Multilevel approval in Travel management

Dear Workflowers,
 
We are on 4.6c and implementing Workflows for Travel Request Approval
(WS20000050).
The problems then occured while we require the Multilevel Approval for each
Travel Request.
For instance, if an employee submit his/her request then the work item will
occur in his/her superior's inbox for 1st approval.
Then if the Superior approves, the workitem will occur in General Manager's
inbox for 2nd approval.Furthermore, if the request is an overseas then the
Director should approve the request for 3rd approval. It's not necessary for
3rd approval if the request is for domestic travel.The employee should has a
notification after the highest level approves.
 
Any suggestions from you will highly appreciated.
