Hi Diane, and others...
 
There should still be a copy of this presentation on the ASUG web site.
You log in, select Conference Info, and look for ASUG 2000 Conference
presentations from there.
 
Otherwise, I will locate the presentation and post it on my web-site
(http://fss-228d.mit.edu).   There is a folder there called
Workflow_user_group, and sub-folders for ASUG conferences.  The
presentation should be there by Monday.
 
Thanks for all the interest.  Basically, what I found was that different
companies put the job of workflow administration in different
organizations.  Sometimes it is an IT function, sometimes it is a business
process function.  At MIT, I am the workflow administrator, and I work in a
department separated from the business process owners and IT, but I support
both.
