Diane,
I'm sure Susan has it but if not, I have a copy which I can zip and send to
you offline.

Thanks Brad!! Susan do you still have a copy of the presentation Brad is
talking about and can you send me a copy? I would greatly appreciate it. I
am working with our IT Division setting up workflow and we need to determine
who should be the workflow administrator, Programmer type or support type vs
Workflow guru!!!

Diane,
We're on 4.0B and here's what we have:
Decision task: TS00008267 (Generic decision task, help says this is the
default)
Time unit: MIN (Minute)
Standard workflow administrator: User. We just leave this as one of our
production support people, since most of the tasks will involve
monitoring/troubleshooting the workflow system.

p.s. Susan Keohan did a presentation on "A Day in the Life of a Workflow
Administrator" for the ASUG Conference back in 1999.

We are just beginning to look at workflow in client 3.1H and in the Workflow
Editor: Maintain Administration Data screen of configuration, there is room
for a decision task and time unit, is there a specific task that should be
included here and who should the Admin. be? What exactly are this persons
responsibilities. Trying to decide who best should be the WF administrator
and if this task should be changed based on what is happening in the
workflow area or is there one specific standard task ( i.e, decision task)
that belongs here??? Can anyone offer assistance?
