User decisions in Outlook

Hi Carla,
I also have the same problem. Earlier we all had SAPMAPI version 4.5. I did
a install again and then the version is 46B. I don't know how this version
got into my system. I am the only one having this problem in our place. I am
not sure whether it is because of the version. Anyway I also need help in
solving this issue.

I have suffered from this as well. There was no obvious icon/pushbutton
to press. This only happens after the Outlook forms from SAP are installed.
Otherwise its the standard gui user decision.
 
Anyone got this to work ?

Has any one ever had any success using user decisions in Outlook - the radio
buttons exist when you read the work item in Outlook but they don't actually
do anything !
