Customizing after Refresh

Whenever we take a copy of our production box and do a refresh of our
development clients, the following Workflow customizing items must be
executed:
-Workflow RFC destination does not exist
-Monitoring job for missed deadlines is not scheduled
-Monitoring job for work items with errors is not scheduled
 
Is there a way around having to manually do this each time in our
development clients after a refresh?  Not a big deal - it would just be
nice.  We're on 4.0B.
