Work Item Stalled

I worked on a 3.1H site where the SWWDHEX job would suddenly stop and
would have to be restarted. As far as I remember we simply wrote the
restart instructions into the operation procedures.
 
If Sanjiv Bajpai or Kishore Thota are watching - they might have some
additional comments on this.
