Deadlock Items Caused By workflow

Hello everyone:
We are getting deadlock errors due to workflow on the table swwwihead.  We
are on release 3.1H and use Oracle 8.05.  We have applied OSS note 149724
which seemed to have addressed the issue; however, we are still getting a
couple of deadlocks a day.  Has anyone else run into this or similar
problems?
