As you stated the links are maintained in the ArchiveLink tables, TOA01, TOA02,
and TOA03. However, I do not know why they would have been deleted.

Can anyone tell me where in SAP the actual archlink ID for the
scanned image is stored? Anotherwords the link between the
Document Number (Object ID) with the Archive Image ID?

We are running a year end renumbering process for parked docs
where we renumber outstanding parked doc's to the new year.
Along with that renumbering the scanned image should be
associated with that new doc number - however we can not pull up
any scanned images once we renumber. I thought the link tables
might be TOA1 and TOA2. If I am correct with the tables- then
the old doc number and link is being deleted off the table -
however, the new document and associated archive image ID is not
being updated.

We recently upgraded to 4.6B and have not had this problem with
previous versions.

Thanks for your input.
