Questions on substitution and autoforwarding

Hi all,
 
I have some queries on substitution and autoforwarding:
1)    Is there a report that I can see a list of all the
forwarding/substitution defined in the system ?
 
2)    I am currently trying out the transaction SO36 - Setting Automatic
Forwarding Centrally. Is
       there any way that I can undo/delete a previous forwarding that I
have done?  How can I see
       a history of all the autoforwarding settings in the system for a
specific time period ?
 
Any suggestions ?
