46C workflow html help on COPA workflow scenarios

Hi folks
 
Just wanted to check to see if anyone else has this problem:
 
Trying to open the html help in 4.6C for the workflow scenarios in
application for the CO-PA area titled 'Entering Planning Data in the
Workflow (CO-PA)'.
 
When I try to open this nothing happens or from the SAP Library from R/3 the
web browser just
returns 'Page cannot be displayed'.
 
Any help or guidance would be great.
