Shortdump when activating WF under 46C

Hi Patrick,
  We had the short dump due to error "OBJECT_NOT_CHARLIKE" 4.6B. If your short
dump is same or similar then check up with SAP OSS. Our problem was resolved
by applying Basis Support package 19.
