It's not tables actually, but function module. Function module
SWW_WI_AGENTS_READ will give you the actual agents (users who see the workitem
in their inbox).

I have custom reports that show the "real" actual agent and another one=
 for
looking up user's inbox.
As for the second one you can also use SWI5 but we did not like it.

This one's (hopefully) very simple (SAP 4.0b):

How do I see who has a particular work item in their inbox??
'Selected Agents' is NOT the answer, since a forwarded item still displ=
ays
the full list of selected agents.

e.g. of selected agents A, B & C; agent A starts the item & forwards it=
 on
to C. 'Selected Agents' still lists A, B, C - although only C has it in=

their inbox.

And now for the bonus question: Is it possible to view the contents of
another's inbox? This would make life a helluvalot easier for testing a=
nd
debugging....... (no, I don't like to be logged on with 6 different tes=
t
users!)

As usual, any input is much welcome.
