Hi Michael
As for your second question:
Just setup the user you want to work with as a substite for all other users.
Check out the oss-note 74000 which explains how to do this. You can then
take over the inbox of the other users.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Who's got da work item?????

Greetings,
This one's (hopefully) very simple (SAP 4.0b):

How do I see who has a particular work item in their inbox??
'Selected Agents' is NOT the answer, since a forwarded item still displays
the full list of selected agents.

e.g. of selected agents A, B & C; agent A starts the item & forwards it on
to C. 'Selected Agents' still lists A, B, C - although only C has it in
their inbox.

And now for the bonus question: Is it possible to view the contents of
another's inbox? This would make life a helluvalot easier for testing and
debugging....... (no, I don't like to be logged on with 6 different test
users!)

As usual, any input is much welcome.
Cheers
