Agent problems in 4.6B

Has anyone encountered problems with Agent information in 4.6B?
 
 **It looks as if the Agent information is cumulative within the
WF Log.  For example - if a WI is with user "X" and "X" forwards
the WI to user "Y" - the WF log should show that "Y" is the
present agent for this WI -  However, it is showing that both
users "X" and "Y" have the workitem - when in fact it is only
user "Y".
 
** If you delete a user from an org unit - the WI remains in the
deleted users inbox.
 
**From the WF Log - if you try to view agent info for a completed
step the following message is given:   "A: ERROR DISPLAYING
AGENTS FOR WI #######"   and then it throws us out of the WF log
completely.
 
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
