Interesting problem in ALE: Real time inventories to external system

external system. We are on 3.1H and I could not find any change pointers for
this information. As you know inventory is changed by many transactions like
MB1A, MI09, MB0A and there are few more
 
    How can some one track and send the information whenever the inventory
changes for a given material in the SAP system?
 
Any help would be appreciated.
