1.  Lesson Information Corrections for Next Week.

Tuesday's Advanced Beginner lesson is on TUESDAY, not Wednesday next week.  Sorry about the confusion.  Here is the CORRECT lesson update for next week:

Monday's Beginner Lesson Information:
Beginners are welcome; no experience or partner necessary.
The first half hour of the lesson (7-7:30) introduces new dancers to
salsa. In this half hour, you will learn the basic steps, the basic right
turn and the cross-body lead. From 7:30-8:30 we will be teaching new
material. All students already familiar with the basics should arrive to
class at 7:30 to learn new material.

Tuesday's Advanced Beginner Lesson Information: 
7:00PM - 8:30PM (followed by social dancing).  Advanced beginner 
dancers should feel very comfortable with the basics of salsa 
dancing, such as timing, the cross-body lead and inside/outside 
turns.

2. Mambos TONIGHT!  It's the Last Night of Dancing Before the Big Annual Social at MIT.

Tonight will be the last night of dancing before the 4th Annual Salsa Social at MIT.  Mambos will be closed next Saturday for a private event.

Fun lessons tonight with MIT Salsa Club and Noche Latina Dance Company 9:30 to 10:30.  Social dancing till 1:30am.  Click here for more info:

3. NEW Lesson Info for the Annual Social on Saturday, May 16th.

Lesson Schedule for the 4th Annual Social, Saturday May 16:
All lessons begin at 8:30pm and end at 9:30pm.

LESSON 1: Beginner Salsa with Rumba y Timbal
Learn the basics with one of Boston's best dance companies. Roberto and Vanessa of RyT will be teaching you the basic steps. No partner or experience necessary.

LESSON 2: Rueda
Boston Rueda will be teaching Cuba's most famous circle dance! No partner necessary. Just hop in the circle!

LESSON 3: Venezuelan Salsa On 1, Advanced Level
Fusion Salsera Dance Co. will be teaching a special lesson for advanced level dancers. Be prepared for some kind of flip and trick surprise...

4.) FREE Night of Dancing after this Tuesday's Lesson for Cinco de Mayo.

The whole salsa club to come out for informal free salsa dancing and free food, drink specials & prizes after class Tuesday this week for a Cinco de Mayo party. 

It's a middle eastern place, but will be Mexican for May 5th! Besides the regular menu, there will be:
Fresh home made guacamole,  black bean & corn salsa, chicken or bean & cheese quesadillascorona specials, tequila specials,   

Margarita specials:  watermelon magarita, strawberry margarita

Lots of give aways: T shirts, hats, shot glasses, etc.
