1. LAST SALSA Lessons Next Week!!!!

Monday's Beginner Lesson Information: 
Beginners are welcome; no experience or partner necessary.
The first half hour of the lesson (7-7:30) introduces new dancers to
salsa. In this half hour, you will learn the basic steps, the basic right
turn and the cross-body lead. From 7:30-8:30 we will be teaching new
material. All students already familiar with the basics should arrive to
class at 7:30 to learn new material.
FREE to the public!
Taught in Lobdel, 2nd Floor of Stratton Student Center.

Tuesday's Advanced Beginner Lesson Information:
7:00PM - 8:30PM (followed by social dancing). Advanced beginner 
dancers should feel very comfortable with the basics of salsa 
dancing, such as timing, the cross-body lead and inside/outside 
turns. Free to the public! 7 PM starting time.
Taught in MIT's Morss Hall, Walker Memorial Building.

2.)  VOLUNTEERS Needed for MIT Salsa Club’s Farewell Event.

We need about 5 more volunteers for next Saturday’s salsa social on August 15.  If you can volunteer a half hour of your time, we would appreciate it.  Please email Chris at cgzebo at gmail.com and tell him that you would like to volunteer.  All volunteers only help for a half hour and they are admitted into the event for free!

Join MIT Salsa Club for its last salsa social, Saturday, August 15! Sure to be a full house, join hundreds of dancers for the finale of one of New England's largest salsa dancing schools.

The night will begin with 3 different salsa lessons offered by 3 different dance companies/instructors representing Greater Boston's salsa scene. 

PERFORMANCES by local dance companies throughout the evening.

DJ Ricardo and DJ Z spinning all night!
