First, a shout out to the Providence, RI dancers. You guys are...on...fire. Thanks to Carlos for his cha cha lesson and to the caravan of ProviDancers that melted the dance floor last Friday.
Second, another shout out to Babson, Tufts, BU and MIT. You guys must have been responsible for all the heat generated last Friday. Our management staff was sweating and they weren't even moving. Absolutely one of the hottest nights of dancing!
Our friends from Worcester are back. Yes. Salsa Storm is in the house this week and they will be teaching this week's advanced beginner lesson on Mambos 2nd floor.
One of the best instructor teams in the Mambos' rotation, these guys teach smooth moves that are easy to lead and to follow. A fun lesson and a crowd favorite, get in the door at 9:30 and take the complimentary lesson with Salsa Storm.
Lesson, 9:30 to 10:30. Free with admission! 2nd Floor
On the first floor, MIT Salsa will be teaching an intro to salsa AND merengue dancing this week. If you've ever wanted to learn merengue, this is a great intro-level lesson. You'll learn how to stay with the beat and you'll learn some merengue moves to spice up your night.
MIT Salsa will also be teaching the basics of salsa dancing. No experience necessary.
Lessons, 9:30 to 10:30. Free with admission! 1st Floor
See you Friday night!
