>From 9:30 to 10:30, Mambos will be hosting 3 different lessons.
On the first floor, MIT Salsa will be teaching an intro to salsa AND bachata dancing. If you've ever wanted to learn bachata, this is a great intro-level lesson. MIT Salsa will also be teaching the basics of salsa dancing. These are fun group lessons and they're free with admission.
On the second floor, Providence is in house! Carlos of JJ Latin Dancers will be visiting from Rhode Island to teach a special club-style cha cha lesson, 9:30 - 10:30. This guy's got some great moves and he knows how to use them. You'll learn some basic cha cha footwork and a slick partner combination to add spice to your dancing. No partner necessary. Some experience with cha cha would help, but if you're not experienced, take the lesson anyway. It's free with admission!
See you Friday night!

3.) Salsa Dancing for the Deaf
MetaMovements is excited to announce the addition of a new class in its’ fall line-up, Salsa and Latin for the Deaf. We have gotten a lot of positive feedback from the deaf community.
We are seeking to find a balance in the class with both hearing and deaf individuals, beginners and experienced salseros. As a result, we are seeking some experienced leaders to take the class.
Even if you already know the basics of salsa, there are a lot of additional benefits such as:
Become bilingual! Learn some sign language
Add some pizzazz! Learn how sign language can help with your styling
Tone deaf? Learn new ways to “feel the music”
Learn how to utilize other senses besides hearing in your dancing
Play a unique role in a unique class to make dancing more accessible for the deaf
Strengthen teaching skills
You can email Kerry at londongirl21 at hotmail.com or Anara at anara at metamovements.com.
