1. MIT Salsa Lessons are On this Week!
Monday's Beginner Lesson Information:
Beginners are welcome; no experience or partner necessary.
The first half hour of the lesson (7-7:30) introduces new dancers to
salsa. In this half hour, you will learn the basic steps, the basic right
turn and the cross-body lead. From 7:30-8:30 we will be teaching new
material. All students already familiar with the basics should arrive to
class at 7:30 to learn new material.
FREE to the public!
Taught in MIT's Morss Hall, Walker Memorial Building.

Tuesday's Advanced Beginner Lesson Information:
7:00PM - 8:30PM (followed by social dancing). Advanced beginner
dancers should feel very comfortable with the basics of salsa
dancing, such as timing, the cross-body lead and inside/outside
turns. Free to the public! 7 PM starting time.
Taught in MIT's Morss Hall, Walker Memorial Building.

MIT Salsa teaches a fun beginner salsa lesson on Mambos' first floor every week. Chris and Jenny will be teaching beginners the basic steps and a new beginner move this week. No experience or partner necessary, 9:30 - 10:30.

3.) Private Lesson Information.
***NEW HOURS: Chris is not teaching on Monday or Tuesday
evenings for the next month. Wednesdays, Thursdays and
some weekend hours are still available.
Want to improve your dancing in a very short time?
Private lessons are a fun and affordable way to learn salsa
dancing quickly. The private lesson setting allows each
dancer the opportunity to adddress his or her own needs
directly to a teacher.
Private lessons are available for solo dancers, for couples
and for groups of 4--all for the same price, no mattter how
many dancers participate.

5.) Full-Time Job Opening with Fred Astaire Dance Company!
MIT Salsa was contacted about an opening for one male instructor. They are looking for someone in his 20s, preferably without any dance instruction experience. They will teach you all of the dances and how to teach them.
There are too many perks to this job, but let us just say that this is one SWEET job. You'll make up to 50k a year, have health insurance, travel frequently, and have fun.
