1.) Both Lessons are ON this week...

*** CCTV, Cambridge Community TV, is doing a feature story
on MIT Salsa Club this week.  This Monday's Beginner Lesson
will be filmed by the CCTV crew and the segment will air
this Tuesday on television. 

Monday's Beginner Lesson is in Morss Hall, Walker
Memorial Building.  Lesson begins at 7pm.  Please visit our

2.) Introducing the MIT Salsa Socials!!!  Our first salsa
social is SATURDAY, March 8th...

We are happy to introduce MITSC's new dancing events, the
MIT Salsa Socials! We're holding these socials twice a
month until the Grand Opening of Mambos Salsa Fridays.  

Our first social is Saturday, March 8th.  Details:

* Doors open at 8pm
* All-Ages
* Beginner and Advanced Beginner Lessons, 8pm-9pm
* Social dancing, 9pm-1am
* Dance performances
* $8 Admission
* Open to the public

We've chosen to hold these events in Lobdel, a nice room on
the 2nd floor of Stratton Student Center.  Click here for

STILL SEEKING VOLUNTEERS : We are seeking volunteers for
these events. If you've ever wanted to "give back" to MIT
Salsa, we can use your help!  Please email
salsaclub-exec at mit.edu for more details.  You would only
need to help for 1/2 an hour - hour at these events.  Then
you can party the rest of the night.

3.) Salsa Sundays @ Wonder Bar!

The place has been hoppin' lately!

5.) New Private Lesson Information!

If you've ever wanted one, now's the time to take them.  We
are currently offering private lessons at Dance Republic, a
beautiful dance studio in Allston.  Offered 7 days a week
and at the most affordable rates in town.  The private
attention you recieve will improve your dancing
significantly and in a short time.

lesson activities, such as voting for lessons, meeting
dance partners, discussing events, etc.  

Even if you don't want to create a profile with a picture
or tell the world anything about yourself, create an

participate in all of the club's online activities.
