1) MIT Salsa Club's Workshop Series!

Ophir's here!  Our favourite Briton is finally in the
States.  He'll be helping Chris with tomorrow's workshop
(and teaching regular Salsa Club classes beginning this
February), so make sure you come to class this Monday for a
special workshop!  Cheerio!

MIT Salsa Club's Workshop Series continues tomorrow with
leading and following technique.  Students will learn two
partner combinations that focus on elements of leading and
following.  For more details, go to the website for
workshop descriptions, times and locations. 
For all levels of dancers. 
Free to the public! 
(Monday's class begins at 7PM in Morss Hall.)

2) Olaf's "Salsa for Gringos" Series resumes Tuesday,
January 30!

"The perfect class for people with 'two left feet,' and a
great way to meet new people!" 

Olaf Bleck (MIT '89), in conjunction with MIT Salsa Club,
has been teaching a "Salsa for Gringos" Series for IAP.
Olaf is known around the Greater Boston salsa community for
his popular "Salsa for Gringos" lessons; a unique, fun,
down-to-earth approach to teaching salsa dancing. 

These lessons are geared towards new dancers wishing to
learn enough of the basics to confidently hit the dance
floor.  His lessons are also a great re-introduction to the
basics for more experienced dancers as well.  

Olaf's last class of the lesson series (level 1) will be
January 30.   

FREE; no partner needed; dress comfortably & avoid
rubber-soled shoes.
