        -*-* MIT Salsa Club's Weekly Update *-*-

1.) Salsa Lessons resume in January...

In the meantime, practice, practice, practice!  

Spring 2007 videos will be removed from the site in the
next week, so download them now if you want them.

2.) Salsa Sundays is FREE for the next 2 Weeks!

If you're in town for the next two weeks, Salsa Sundays
will be free for everyone Sunday 12/16 (tonight) and Sunday
12/23.  If you've been meaning to check it out, now's your

ALSO!  Big changes to the event starting December 30. 

First, our new hours will be from 7pm to 12am+ every
Sunday, with lessons from 7 to 8.  Dancing will begin an
hour earlier, at 8pm. Everyone wanted earlier hours, and
now you've got them!

Second, we're adding a Cool Moves Advanced Beginner's
Lesson to the format.  So, from 7 to 8, we'll be offering
both a Beginner's Lesson AND a new Advanced Beginner's
Lesson.  

Third, our DJ rotation begins with new DJs December 30th. 
If you liked DJ Martinez at last night's Holiday Gala,
he'll be spinning Sunday, December 30th.
