Monday's Advanced Beginner and Intermediate Lessons are
cancelled this Monday.  Both classes will resume next
Monday.

Tuesday's Beginner Lesson is ON!  All Tuesday classes will
begin at 7:30 for now on, not 7.  This week's class will
focus on leading and following inside and outside turns.   

AND, two quick notes: Ladies Styling Class with Kelly and
Registering with Facebook.

First, for those ladies who have been dying to work on
their styling, you're in luck!  Kelly, from "Johnny and
Kelly," is teaching a comprehensive set of lessons which
will focus specifically on ladies body movement and
styling.  MIT Salsa Club HIGHLY recommends any lady that
wishes to learn or refine their styling to take Kelly's
class.  She is by far one the best instructors in the area.
 Also, it is very, very rare that ladies are offered a
lesson program just for ladies.  TAKE IT!  If you're
serious about becoming a smooth dancer, you'll regret it
later if you don't take this course.  Seize the
opportunity. 

The first class of her session begins tomorrow, and it will
be taught on Mondays, from October 9th thru December 11th,
7:15pm- 8:15pm at Jose Mateo's Ballet Theater.  Click here

Advanced beginner dancers should have a firm grasp for the
basics of salsa dancing, such as timing, posture, the cross
body lead and basic turns. 

Intermediate level dancers should feel comfortable with
many different turn patterns, inside and outside turns and
the fundamentals of leading and following technique.
