First I would say that in the following days I will put in sourceforge
most documentation possible.
Then if you check in CVS there is some code. In the site there is also a
java demo applet (bugged).

Then I will post to sourceforge my needs but anyway:

- complete and polish java code
- do linux interaction with netlink sockets
- test test test, possibly on real networks
