[Reporting-announce] Reminder: Fiscal Year end maintenance

Hi, Warehouse Users.

Each year, when the Institute fiscal year comes to an end, we need to perform maintenance on a number of Data Warehouse financial tables in order to enable the transition to the new fiscal year.  To accomplish this, we must make a few Data Warehouse financial views unavailable for a short time.

This year we will perform this work on Saturday, July 1st.  On that day, you will be able to run Data Warehouse Cognos, Tableau and Brio reports as long as they don't involve the following financial data views which will be taken off-line for maintenance:

         BALANCES
         BALANCES_BY_FISCAL_PERIOD
         BALANCES_BY_FISCAL_PERIOD_3YRS
         SUMMARY_STATEMENT_DETAIL

The views will become available once we’ve completed this maintenance.

We will post the progress of the maintenance on https://3down.mit.edu/ site (in Administrative Services section).
