[panda-users] taint2 and huge pages

I think Patrick found that this optimization makes very little
difference in practice. I can't think of any reason why they would
hurt, though.

One thing we've been meaning to do is implement some of the tricks
described here:

Which should allow hosts with less memory to use taint2.
