[panda-users] Record/replay commands are missing

Make sure you are actually executing the PANDA version of QEMU. If you
just run qemu-system-x86_64 rather than ./qemu-system-x86_64 from
inside the x86_64-softmmu directory, and you have QEMU installed
systemwide, it may run the systemwide version instead.
